Jack NICKLAUS because of recurring back problems;
Davis LOVE because of a neck injury;
Mark O´MEARA because of a wrist injury.

2 Exceptions were made:

for Arnold PALMER who played with his 17 year old grandson Sam. Palmer has 2 daughters;
for the JANZEN pairing – Lee Janzen played with the 15-year-old Aaron STEWART, the son of the late
Payne STEWART who died in a plane accident 5 years ago. Janzen is a close friend of the Stewart family.
